Displacement pile များကို Driving/installation လုပ်တဲ့နည်း အမျိုးမျိုးရှိပါသည်။

 အလေးတုံးနှင့် လွှတ်ချ ရိုက်သွင်းတဲ့ နည်း (Driving by drop hammer)၊ တုန်ခါစက်ဖြင့်ဖိရိုက်သွင်းတဲ့နည်း  (Vibrating)၊ နှင့် အလေး၀န်ဖြင့် ဖိသွင်းနည်း (Jacking / pressing)   တို့ ဖြင့် Pile installation ပြုလုပ်ကြပါသည်။ 

 📝Drop Hammer

ရှေးအကျဆုံးနည်းလမ်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သုံးချောင်းထောက်စင်မှာ ကျောက်တုံးကြီးကြီးကို ကြိုးနှင့် ချည်နှောင်ပြီး စင်ထိပ်မှာ  Pulley ချိတ်၊ ကြိုးစတစ်ဖက်ကို လူအင်အားဖြင့် ဆွဲကာ ကျောက်တုံးကို စင်ထိပ်ရောက်အောင်ဆွဲတင်ကြပါသည်။ အဖျားချွန်ထားတဲ့ သစ်လုံးများကို သုံးချောင်းထောက်စင်မှာ တည်ပြီး ကျောက်တုံးရဲ့ အလေးချိန်၊ လူအင်အားဖြင့် Pile ရိုက်ကြပါသည်။ ရှေးခေတ်ကတည်းက အဆိုပါနည်းလမ်းဖြင့် တံတားများ၊ ဆိပ်ကမ်းများ၊ အဆောက်အအုံ Foundation များတည်ဆောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ တဖြည်းဖြည်းနဲ့ စက်မှုနည်းပညာတိုးတက်လာကာ Hammer ရဲ့ အလေးချိန် (Own weight) နှင့် ရိုက်ရတဲ့ Drop hammer အဆင့် ကနေ အားထည့်ဆောင့်ရိုက်နိုင်တဲ့  Steam hammer, Diesel Hammer တွေ အသုံးပြုလာနိုင်ကြပြီး  Precast concrete pile တွေ Steel pile တွေရိုက်လာနိုင်ပါသည်။  Drop hammer piling method က တုန်ခါမှုများတယ်။ ပတ်၀န်းကျင်ဆူညံမှုလည်းဖြစ်စေလို့ လူနေထူထပ်တဲ့ မြို့ပြဧရိယာတွေမှာ အသုံးပြုမှုနည်းပါးသွားပါပြီ။

📝Vibro Hammer

တုန်ခါမှု‌ (Vibrating) ပေးလျက် တပြိုင်တည်းမှာ စက်ရဲ့ Weight နှင့် အလိုက်သင့် လျော့ချတဲ့  Machine unit ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Crawler crane ဖြင့် Vibro hammer  ကို ချိတ်ဆွဲပြိး အသုံးပြုကြပါသည်။ Steel H piles, Steel pipe pile များ Installation လုပ်ရာမှာ အသုံးများပါသည်။ 

📝Jack In / Press pile

Jack In Machine or Press piling machine ဖြင့် Precast concrete square pile များကို ဖိသွင်းတဲ့နည်း (Jacking/pressing) ဖြင့် pile installation လုပ်ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 200mm x 200mm နှင့် 300mmx300mm  precast concrete pile, spun pipe pile (6-m, 12m length)  များဖြင့် Driving လုပ်‌လေ့ရှိပါသည်။ အသုံးများဆုံး Pile driving method ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

 Pile Driving Methods for Driven Piles or Displacement Piles  

There are various methods for driving/installing displacement piles. These include:  

- Driving by drop hammer (using a heavy weight and free-fall impact),  

- Vibrating (using a vibrating machine to press the pile into the ground),  

- Jacking/pressing (applying a steady load to push the pile in).  

 Drop Hammer  

This is the oldest method. A large stone or weight is tied with a rope and hoisted to the top of a tripod using a pulley system. Workers pull the rope to lift the weight, then release it to drive pointed wooden logs (piles) into the ground. Since ancient times, this method has been used to construct bridges, ports, and building foundations. Over time, technological advancements led to the use of steam hammers and diesel hammers, which apply additional force beyond just the hammer’s own weight. This allowed for the driving of precast concrete piles and steel piles. However, the drop hammer method causes significant vibration and noise pollution, making it less suitable for densely populated urban areas today.  

 Vibro Hammer  

This machine uses vibration along with its own weight to smoothly drive piles into the ground. It is typically suspended from a crawler crane and is commonly used for installing steel H-piles and steel pipe piles.  

 Jack-In / Press Pile  

This method involves using a jacking/pressing machine to install precast concrete square piles. Common pile sizes include 200mm x 200mm and 300mm x 300mm, as well as spun pipe piles (6m to 12m in length). It is one of the most widely used pile driving methods today.
