ဘိလပ်မြေဟာ လေထုထဲက ရေခိုးရေငွေ့ကို အလွယ်တကူစုပ်ယူနိုင်တယ်။ မြေကြီးက အစိုဓါတ်ကိုလည်းစုပ်ယူနိုင်တယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် မြေကြီးနဲ့တိုက်ရိုက်မထိအောင် အခင်း ခင်းထားရမည်၊ လေနဲ့တိုက်ရိုက်မထိအောင် ဖုံးအုပ်ကာကွယ်ထားရမယ်...ဖြစ်နိုင်လျှင် မြေကြီးအထက် အမြင့်တစ်ပေခန့် စင်/ပလက်ဖောင်းတစ်ခုခုပေါ်တင်ပြီး သိုလှောင်ထားသင့်တယ်...ကွန်ကရစ်ကြမ်းခင်းအမာရှိတဲ့ အဆောက်အအုံထဲမှာ ဆိုလျှင်တောင် သစ်သား၊ အထပ်သားစသည်တို့ခုပြီး မှတင်ထားသင့်တယ်။

ဘိလပ်မြေအိတ်တွေကို တစ်ခုနဲ့တစ်ခုထပ်ပြီး ၁၃အိတ်ထက်ပိုမြင့်ပြီး မစီသင့်ပါ...အထပ်များစွာ ကြာကြာစီထားလျှင် အပေါ်က အိတ်တွေရဲ့ အလေးချိန်ကြောင့် အောက်က အိတ်တွေမှာ ဖိအားဒဏ်ခံရပြီး moisture ကြောင့် အတုံးအခဲတွေဖြစ်လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Handling ပိုင်းမှာလည်း လုပ်သားတွေအတွက် safety ထိခိုက်စေနိုင်ပါတယ်။
စတိုမှ ထုတ်ယူသုံးစွဲလျှင်လည်း First In-First Out နည်းအတိုင်း ပထမရောက်တဲ့ ဘိလပ်မြေအိတ်တွေကို ဦးစွာထုတ်ယူသုံးစွဲနိုင်အောင် စီမံထားသင့်တယ်။

Storage duration

Production dateထက် ၃-လကျော်သွားလျင်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ပြင်ပအစိုဓါတ်ကြောင့် အချို့အ၀က်ခဲသွားလျှင်သော်လည်းကောင်း မသုံးသင့်ပါ (အခဲတွေကို လက်နဲ့ချေကြည့် လို့ ကြေနိုင်သေးတယ်ဆိုလျင် အခဲတုံးကလေးများကို ဇကာချ ဖယ်ထုတ်ပြီး သုံးခွင့်ပြုနိုင်ပါတယ်)...ခဲနေတဲ့ဘိလပ်မြေတွေ ရောသုံးလျင် ဓါတ်ပြုမှုဖြစ်စဥ် (Hydration) အပြည့်အ၀မရရှိနိုင်လို့ Strength ထိခိုက် စေနိုင်ပါတယ်... ရထားလမ်းစီမံကိန်းတုန်းက Store မှာ ၂-လထက်ပိုကြာကြာ သိုလှောင်ထားတဲ့ ဘိလပ်မြေကို သုံးစွဲဖို့ Consultant ခွင့်ပြုချက်တောင်းရပါသည်။

Site mix concrete ဖျော်စပ်မည်ဆိုလျင် ဘိလပ်မြေကို by Weight ဖြင့်ချိန်တွယ်သုံးသင့်တယ်။ On site မှာ By weight ဖြင့် ချိန်တွယ်ဖို့ အဆင်မပြေတဲ့ အတွက်ဘိလပ်မြေ တစ်ပုံး၊ သဲနှစ်ပုံး၊ ကျောက်လေးပုံးစသည်ဖြင့် by Volume ဖြင့် ရောစပ်ကြတော့ ဘိလပ်မြေရဲ့ ပါ၀င်မှု အချိုးအစားက လျော့နည်းသွားမယ်။ ဘိလပ်မြေက သဲ၊ ကျောက်ထက် ထုထည်ပွလို့ပါ။ ဒါကြောင့် ဘိလပ်မြေကို Weight ချိန်၍သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ပုံးနဲ့ထည့်လျင် % အနည်းငယ် အပိုဆောင်း၍ သော်လည်းကောင်း ချိန်တွယ်ဖျော်စပ်သင့်ပါတယ်...

Cement readily absorbs moisture from air and ground contact. Therefore:  
- Store bags off the ground (ideally ≥1 ft high on platforms)  
- Protect from direct soil contact and air exposure with tarps  
- Even in concrete-floored buildings, place bags on wooden planks  

Stacking Cement Bags  

- Stack height: ≤13 bags  
- Higher stacks risk bottom bags hardening under pressure and moisture  
- Excessive height poses worker safety risks during handling  
- Follow "First In-First Out" inventory management  

Storage Duration  

 
- Discard if:  
  a) Older than 3 months from production date, OR  
  b) Lumps form due to moisture (exception: small crushable lumps may be sieved out)  
- Using lumpy cement compromises hydration and strength  
- Note: Railway projects required consultant approval for cement stored >2 months  

Site Concrete Mixing  

 
- Always batch by weight – volumetric mixing (e.g., "1 bucket cement : 2 sand : 4 stone") reduces cement content because:  
  Cement has lower bulk density than sand/aggregate  
- If weight-batching isn't feasible:  
  a) Add 5–10% extra cement when using buckets, OR  
  b) Compact materials before volumetric measurement
