Markings on Reinforcement Bars (Rebar)

 သံချောင်းလုံး Rebar ပေါ်က Marking များ

Rebar မျက်နှာပြင်မှာ ဖောင်းကြွစာသားတွေ၊ အမှတ်အသားတွေ ရိုက်နှိပ်ထားတယ်...အများအားဖြင့် Manufacture ရဲ့ Trade name symbol, Grade, size စသည်တို့ အဓိကပါ၀င်ကြပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ Oman နိုင်ငံထုတ် West Amber brand rebar မှာ UIS 500 16 စသဖြင့် ရိုက်နှိပ်ထားတယ်။ UIS က သူတို့ရဲ့Trade nameဖြစ်ပြီး 500 ကတော့ minimum yield strength in MPaဖြစ်ပ့တယ်။ 16 က rebar diameter ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Alliance Steel (Malaysia) ထုတ်ဆိုလျှင် AS 16 500 စသည်ဖြင့် ရေးထားတတ်ပါတယ်။

Grade

Rebar Manufacturerတွေကိုးကားတဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Reference Standard အလိုက် Rebar Grade အခေါ် အဝေါ်တွေကွဲပြားကြတယ်။ ASTM အရ Grade 40 (min yield strength 40000psi (280Mpa), Grade 60 စသည်ဖြင့်ခေါ်ကြသလို HRB400, HRB500 rebar (HRB က Hot-rolled Ribbed Bar, 400/500 က 400MPa/500Mpa min yield strength ပါ), B500B (min yield strength 500MPa), SD50 (min yield strength 50Kgf/mm2, 490MPa) စသဖြင့် ကွဲပြားကြပေမယ့် ‌ရေးထားတဲ့ တန်ဖိုးကိုကြည့်ပြီး Minimum Yield Strength ကို သိရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်..

 Markings on Reinforcement Bars (Rebar)  

Rebar surfaces feature raised markings indicating:  
- Manufacturer’s trade symbol  
- Grade (strength class)  
- Bar diameter  

Examples:  
- West Amber brand (Oman): "UIS 500 16"  
  UIS = Trade name, 500 = Min. yield strength (MPa), 16 = Diameter (mm)  
- Alliance Steel (Malaysia): "AS 16 500"  
  AS = Trade name, 16 = Diameter (mm), 500 = Min. yield strength (MPa)  

 Grade Designations  
Grade labels vary by reference standard but consistently indicate minimum yield strength:

Note: Despite differing labels, the numerical value always denotes minimum yield strength in MPa or equivalent units.
